Warranty Information
Subject to the limitations set forth below, Proline™ hereby represents and warrants that the components of the Proline products shall be free from defects in workmanship and materials, subject to normal use and service, for the periods listed below:
Most Proline products have a five (5) year warranty to the original owner from the date of purchase.
The HT1010 Guitar Stand, the PL200 Keyboard Stand and PL1000 Standard Keyboard Bench have a three (3) year warranty to the original owner from the date of purchase.
The PL100 Keyboard Stand has a one (1) year warranty to the original owner from the date of purchase.
The sole and exclusive remedy of the foregoing warranty shall be limited to the repair or replacement of any defective or non-conforming component exclusively by Proline™. Any and all warranties set forth above or otherwise made by Proline™ in writing are conditioned upon proper use of the Proline products in the application for which it is intended and shall not apply to any Proline™ product (i) that has been modified in any respect, (ii) that has been serviced or repaired by anyone other than Proline™ and/or Proline™'s authorized personnel, without the prior written approval of Proline™, (iii) has been subject to unusual physical or electrical stress, or (iv) that has been damaged by reason of accident, neglect, misuse, inappropriate operating environment or conditions, or failure to comply with applicable operating and maintenance instructions or any cause other than ordinary use.
Warranty Limitations and Exclusions
These warranties replace all other warranties, express or implied including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. There are no express warranties beyond those stated here
Some laws do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties so this limitation may not apply to you. If these laws apply, then all express and implied warranties are limited in duration to the limited warranty period. No warranties apply after that period. Some laws do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so this may not apply to you
Limitations of Liability
Proline™'s responsibility under this, or any other warranty, implied or express, is limited to repair or replacement, as set forth above. These remedies are the sole and exclusive remedies for any breach of warranty. Neither Proline™ or retailer is responsible for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from any breach of warranty or under any other legal theory including, but not limited to lost profits, downtime, goodwill, damage to or replacement of equipment and property, and any costs of recovering, reprogramming, or reproducing any program or data stored in equipment that is used with Proline™ products. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
